Day of Coordination
Do you need onsite staff to run the day for you? This option is ideal for clients who have organized a venue, sourced most or all of their vendors, planned the decor, and are now waiting for the big day! It's time to hand over the reins. We will assist with crucial tasks leading up to and on the day such as coordinating rehearsal, vendor coordination, backend timeline creation/management for all staffing, day of set up- layout/decor, providing full cleanup services throughout entire event, end of event pack up/ return of any local rentals, 1-3 staff members for extra hands where needed, and overseeing all day-of management duties. Day-of coordination ensures that all your guests can focus on making memories rather than handling logistics.

Partial Planning
Maybe you have a clear vision for your big day and have secured several vendors, but you've hit a wall or need help with the creative aspects—this may be the route to go. Partial planning can vary from client to client, as everyone has different strengths. During our kick-off call, we'll determine where you need the most support, whether it's vendor management and suggestions, design and decor, or timeline and guest tracking. We'll provide support in the areas you need while still offering our full day-of coordination services.
